Bella

Bella studied at the University of British Columbia for her undergraduate degree, earning her a Bachelor of Psychology. She also spent a year abroad in the Netherlands majoring in ‘Gender Diversity Studies.' Despite her experience in human health care, she has always been drawn to working with animals in some capacity. She also has an interest in media, which she has incorporated into her role at Richview heading the Social Media pages. Currently, she owns a feisty orange cat named Finn and a 3-year-old Golden Lab named Kiva, who she rescued at a year old. In her free time, she loves to teach Kiva tricks; her favourite is getting her to "whisper," SUP boarding, hiking, biking, and rollerblading, all of which she likes to do with her dog by her side.

“My favourite thing about working with animals is being able to play a role in their health and happiness. Additionally, being able to advocate for animals gives me a deeper sense of purpose through caring for innocent and voiceless creatures.”
